The share price of Bharat Dynamics increases today when the company trades ex-dividend.

 Following GoI permission, Bharat Dynamics has notified BSE and NSE that it has obtained an export order for $255 million. (PTI) Bharat Dynamics Ltd. announced an interim dividend of 8.15 rupees per share for the fiscal year 2022–23. 

Since the military company signed 10 MoUs (memorandums of understanding) with domestic and international businesses during the recently ended Aero India 2023, Bharat Dynamics shares have been on the rise. The contract was disclosed by the company to Indian stock exchanges, and according to its most recent exchange notification, a defence company has secured an export order for $255 million, subject to Government of India (GoI) approval.



Today also marks the stock's ex-dividend date. According to information posted on the BSE website, Bharat Dynamics Ltd's board of directors has recommended an interim dividend of 8.15 rupees per share for the fiscal year 2022–2023. The corporate board also established February 20, 2023, as the record date for determining who is qualified to receive an interim dividend.

Bharat Dynamics Ltd. announced the $255 million export order and stated, "We would like to tell you that BDL has obtained an export order for USD 255 Million in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (as amended). The order will be carried out pending government approval."

"Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), which is showcasing its largest-ever display of its products during the ongoing Aero India - 2023 at Bengaluru, has entered into ten Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with several foreign and Indian companies today," Bharat Dynamics Ltd. reported to Indian stock market bourses regarding the MoU during Aero India 2023. 

The MoUs signed with the new partners, according to Commodore Siddharth Mishra (Retd), CMD, BDL, would open up new doors for increased collaboration between the businesses and academia.

 Bharat Dynamics Dividends 

According to the statement "Pursuant to Regulations 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), please find enclosed Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2022 along with the Limited Review Report," Bharat Dynamics Ltd. has already informed BSE and NSE about the interim dividend and dividend record date. The Board adopted the aforementioned results at its meeting on February 7, 2023 after the Audit Committee had studied and recommended them. Additionally, plans have been made to publish an excerpt of the findings in an English-language national daily as well as Telugu- and Hindi-language local dailies. 2. For the purpose of paying an interim dividend on equity shares for the fiscal year 2022–2023, the company has set February 20, 2023 as the "Record Date."
